Espresso Run is a neighborhood coffee delivery service. A dedicated local runner visits a curated cafe, places the order at the shop's listed menu price, and delivers it with clear progress updates.

The current demo model is the cafe's listed menu price, a $3 minimum delivery fee covering 10 route minutes, $0.20 per additional route minute capped at $12, a $0.25 platform fee, a transparent $0.65 card-processing line, and an optional tip that starts at $0. A nearby $4 black coffee is $7.90 before tax with no tip. The complete current total is shown before confirmation.

No. Espresso Run is designed to charge the cafe's listed menu price for each drink. Delivery and platform charges are shown separately.

Under the working model, 100% of the route-adjusted delivery fee goes to the driver. Espresso Run keeps none of it because the driver did the delivery work. Tips are completely optional; if a customer adds one, 100% also goes to the driver. Espresso Run keeps only the separate platform fee, while the processing line is intended to cover card costs.

Espresso Run is currently a pilot experience and is not claiming broad public coverage yet. Availability will be published by neighborhood as each local runner and cafe set is confirmed.
