Copper to Platinum—without pay-to-win status.

Customers, drivers, and coffee shops can build trust over time. Higher tiers are intentionally difficult, and money never buys a better rating.

Published tier path

Copper

Starting tier

Verified account and a clean start.

Bronze

25 completed orders · 4.50+ rating

Reliable early history.

Silver

100 completed orders · 4.65+ rating

Sustained service quality.

Gold

300 completed orders · 4.80+ rating

High-volume, high-trust service.

Platinum

1,000 completed orders · 4.90+ rating

Owner review, long clean history, and exceptional consistency.

Driver tier calculations use completed deliveries and verified post-order ratings. Platinum remains subject to an owner review for serious unresolved incidents. The owner can grant a retention tier with a written internal reason; the dashboard labels it as owner-granted rather than earned.

Referral rewards are planned, not live yet

A coffee shop may refer a driver or customer; a customer may refer a shop or driver; and a driver may refer a shop or customer. A reward becomes eligible only after the referred account completes real paid activity. This blocks self-referrals, fake accounts, and rewards for signups that never use the service.

  • Customer reward: a store-funded or Espresso Run-funded order credit after the referral milestone.
  • Driver reward: a clearly disclosed bonus that never reduces another driver's delivery pay.
  • Shop reward: a platform-fee credit or sponsored-page credit—not a hidden menu markup.

Exact reward values stay disabled until tax reporting, fraud controls, and unit economics are approved.
