From your usual order to your door in six clear steps.

Espresso Run is designed to make the coffee delivery process visible, predictable, and easy to repeat.

The Espresso Run order journey

  1. 1

    Choose an available cafe

The app shows a small, territory-specific cafe list instead of every restaurant in a wide radius.

  2. 2

    Build the drink

Select a common coffee preset, then add milk, temperature, shots, syrup, quantity, and delivery notes.

  3. 3

    Review clear pricing

The drink price, delivery fee, platform fee, tax when applicable, and optional tip appear before confirmation.

  4. 4

    The runner handles the cafe

A dedicated neighborhood runner walks to the cafe, waits in line, places the order, and checks the drinks.

  5. 5

    Follow meaningful milestones

Status updates show the operational stage—such as in line, order placed, picked up, or delivering—without requiring chat.

  6. 6

    Receive the order

The runner delivers to the saved address and completes the order. Compatible nearby orders may be batched into the same cafe run.

What customers see

Customers see the current delivery stage and an updated estimated arrival time. Precise messages depend on the runner's status taps and the active order. The goal is useful context—what is happening and what comes next—not surveillance-grade location detail.

What the runner sees

The runner dashboard organizes the active queue, pickup details, drink instructions, delivery notes, and the next available status action. It is designed as a work tool, with no public rating scoreboard or gamified pressure.
