How a territory is designed
A service area should be compact enough for a runner to reach a small set of cafes and nearby customers on foot. Before a neighborhood is announced, Espresso Run intends to confirm the runner, participating or serviceable cafes, delivery boundaries, operating hours, capacity, and backup coverage.
Why coverage stays local
The product's consistency depends on predictable walking distances and a runner who knows the territory. Expanding a large radius without local operating capacity would undermine both delivery time and accountability.
