Customer experience

Each territory is designed around a short list of cafes a runner can reach reliably. Curation keeps choices useful and delivery times manageable.

Common drinks, sizes, milk choices, extra shots, temperature, syrups, quantities, and notes are represented in the order flow.

Drink prices are intended to match the cafe's listed menu, while delivery and platform charges appear as separate line items.

The model assigns a consistent local runner to a micro-territory instead of selecting from an open courier pool for each order.

Customers can receive operational updates such as walking to the cafe, in line, order placed, picked up, delivering, and delivered.

Orders headed to the same cafe within a useful window can be grouped into one run without hiding progress from customers.

The runner sees a queue, drink instructions, pickup and delivery details, status controls, and shift earnings in a focused work interface.

Suggested tips are optional, customizable, and designed to go entirely to the runner.
